Great points Florin. Do you think it’s possible to get the S/K/E as you lead? Or do you need to achieve before you lead? Or both?

Good points, though I would say your achiever phase was necessary. I think you need to enrich yourself with skills, knowledge, and experience before you can have a handle on leadership. You need that base to make you personally strong and capable, otherwise you may not be able to practice the kind of leadership that is needed at the level it is needed. But I guess there is more than one way to get somewhere and to get experience and skill.

Bring on the preachiness! I believe!! I believe! Very well said my friend. There is nothing right or wrong, just a perspective. I heard something that always keeps me responsible for my experience of anything that happens to me or around me: ”consider how you feel about something and judge something is a reflection of your subconcious; is a reflection of what’s going on inside you.” Thanks for the post dude…I always like to see things from others eyes and it is amazing that when you have love and compassion for people, blaming and hatred seems to be a strange feeling.
