It’s been a long time coming… but well worth the wait!
It’s been over 4 months since my last post (which is pathetic really) but although not blogged about, it’s been an action packed period.
At the beginning of May I started a very new chapter in my life… my first job back from Ghana AND my first job in the business world. It was no easy decision pursuing something outside the comforts of my engineering background, but I knew business was the direction I wanted to go in. So I did…
I joined BOSS a.k.a Business Owners Success Sytem, a start-up small business community and support network that was in it’s fresh early days. After neverending days, tireless nights, unpredictable ups and downs, and neuron action in my head that even rocket science couldn’t create… here’s where BOSS is today…

We realized that small businesses are the driving force of our economy, yet so many of them struggle through challenges and issues alone.

There is an online component which provides every member with an online directory of every other business; a referral system to easily send referrals online; as well as a unique forum we’re created for business owners to give advice and bounce ideas off one another. As well as an offline component that consists of networking and social events to help business owners develop a relationship and build trust in one another.

My Role
If you’ve ever read The Tipping Point, you’ll know what I mean when I say I’m a connector. Throughout life I have always had a knack for linking people with the right sources to accomplish their goals. The fact that doing this kind of thing is now my full-time job, is pretty sweet to say the least! Along with being the BOSS Community Connector, where I actively hunt for valuable connections between people, like with every other start-up environment I also have the pleasure of wearing many different hats. From communications, to marketing, to business planning, finances, social media, and the list goes on… I get the chance to experiment and explore with all sorts of experiences! In some respects, I actually feel like the ‘BOSS’ and I LOVE IT!

Your name not only defines you, but it represents YOUR thoughts and interests... thoughts that lead to actions, and interests that drive passion... it's these very elements that shape the world we see today. We are all part of this; each and every one of us in our own unique way. What you are about to read is a collection of my thoughts and interests... my attempts to change the world...
